Instructor Jen Larsen has been teaching yoga since 2004. Her students range from professional athletes to cancer patients, and everyone in between. Also passionate about natural health and healing, Jen is continuously increasing her knowledge in complementary healing modalities like nutrition, natural skin care, Thai bodywork, Ayurveda, sound healing, herbalism, and homeopathy. She shares this knowledge with her community through local classes taught at her home in Dr Phillips.
The Southwest Branch opened on March 21, 1989 in a beautiful Mediterranean style building designed by Schweizer and Associates Architecture Firm, who also designed the Orlando Public Library. Serving the Dr. Phillips and Metrowest communities, Southwest is near International Drive and the attractions. Southwest is a popular place for local adults, children, students and tourists.
