This orientation is your key to accessing the creative and collaborative spaces in the Melrose Center.
Get an overview of the Photography Studio, Video Production Studio, Audio Production Studio, FabLab and Simulation Lab. Explore upcoming classes and workshops and learn about the best practices to maximize your experience. This orientation is free to out-of-county residents, but registration is required.
The Melrose Center is open for Melrose members to use editing bays and creative workstation computers. Each of the Center’s two editing bays are available once per day for a maximum of three hours, with sessions available by reservation up to one week in advance. The five Mac and five Windows creative workstation computers will be available for three-hour sessions on a walk-in basis.
The Melrose Center opens at 10 a.m. Monday through Saturday. All sessions must be concluded no later than 5:15 p.m.
Melrose Center studios, simulators, sound booths and the fab lab will remain closed, but are expected to gradually open in the coming months.
This event occurs online through Zoom. Please provide your email at registration to participate. A device with access to the internet and speakers or headsets are required. The event confirmation/reminder email will contain the Zoom link to attend. If registered for a series, you will receive a separate confirmation email and link for each day. You can also view and join virtual events through attend.ocls.info/myevents.
