Always wanted to learn how to knit? Hooray! Welcome to the Windermere Branch Knitting Club where you will learn how to cast on, knit, purl and cast off. All materials will be provided.

Located in a small "Florida Cracker" style building, with an appealing wrap-around porch, the Windermere branch has an interesting history that spans over four decades. Begun as a town library, it became a branch of the Orange County Library System in August 1991. The current building was constructed through the efforts and the generous donations of many Windermere residents, including those of the Franklin P. Chase Family.
