Join us for this all-levels, restorative and gentle yoga class, where we’ll balance the fast pace of daily life with slow, intentional movement. We’ll focus on deep, conscious breathing and mindfulness, and you’ll leave with concrete tools for stress-management you can use to relax and restore yourself, each and every day.
Jen Larsen of Innerglow Wellness has been teaching yoga and meditation for over 15 years, to a variety of students ranging from cancer patients to professional athletes and everyone in between. Her classes are accessible to individuals at all levels of experience, from beginner to advanced, and she strives to help everyone feel welcome and comfortable in her classes. In addition to teaching yoga, she is a professional life coach and meditation teacher at Life Skills Resource Group in Dr. Phillips, and also makes and sells homemade, all-natural skin care and wellness products.
