Picture This! is a literacy-based art program where children actively participate in hands-on, open-ended art experiences with an emphasis on creative inquiry. For ages 6-12 years old.
This program helps student sharpen their reading skills, improve their critical thinking, and ignite their natural creativity.
Any person requiring special accommodations to participate in any class or event due to a disability may arrange for assistance by contacting the location at which the event is held at least seven days prior to the event.
Located in a small "Florida Cracker" style building, with an appealing wrap-around porch, the Windermere branch has an interesting history that spans over four decades. Begun as a town library, it became a branch of the Orange County Library System in August 1991. The current building was constructed through the efforts and the generous donations of many Windermere residents, including those of the Franklin P. Chase Family.
